Your path to going live
Submit your application
Fill out our simple merchant application with your restaurant name, address, cuisine type, contact info, and hours. It takes less than 10 minutes.
No paperwork, no in-person meetings. Just a straightforward online form.
We review your application
Our partner team reviews every application within 48 hours. We'll reach out if we have any questions.
We approve the vast majority of independent restaurants. If your city isn't live yet, we'll add you to the waitlist for your market.
Set up your menu
Once approved, your dedicated onboarding specialist helps you build your menu in our partner portal — photos, descriptions, prices, and all.
We can import your existing menu or build it from scratch. Most menus are live within 24 hours.
Go live and start earning
Your restaurant goes live in the Soul Plates app and customers in your area can start ordering. You'll receive orders directly through our partner dashboard.
Payments are processed weekly and deposited directly to your bank account.

How orders reach your customers
Customer places an order
A customer finds your restaurant in the Soul Plates app, browses your menu, and places an order. You receive an instant notification in your partner dashboard.
You prepare the food
You prepare the order to your standard. Soul Plates handles the logistics — you focus on the food.
Delivery or pickup
Our delivery network picks up the order and gets it to the customer hot and fresh. You can also offer pickup-only if that works better for your kitchen.
You get paid
Revenue from completed orders is tallied weekly. Every Monday, your earnings from the prior week are deposited directly to your bank account.
